Long Term Residencies are spaces rented monthly to enable car enthusiasts to start and finish their big projects.
Please be aware that we only have a handful of these monthly spaces available.
Due to the limited space, these spots are booked sparingly.
Hoist House Members get priority for booking these spaces.
FLaT Bay
$500/mo
Have a dedicated flat bay inside the shop to work on your project. Come to the shop and work on it as much as you need. Great for wiring, interior, or engine top end projects.
Flat w/ Hoist Access
$800/mo
Have a dedicated flat bay inside the shop to work on your project. You can use a hoist whenever you actively need it. When you’re not actively working on your project, we need to be able to move the vehicle into the flat bay, so the hoists are open for other members. Vehicle needs to be in rolling state. Great for engine or transmission swaps.
Hoist Queen $1200/mo
Have a dedicated bay with a hoist inside the shop to work on your project. Don’t worry about having to get your project into a rolling state. You have the time and space to do as much work is needed.
Great for projects with a lot of powertrain and chassis work.
Additional Information
These Long Term Project Spaces are offered for a single vehicle/project at a time.
Storage contract to be signed at the shop when beginning a project.
All shop rules still apply to these projects.
Can only work durring shop hours. This is not 24/7 access to the building.
Members get priority for booking.
Members can apply their monthly membership payment to this project cost for the duration of the project.
